In over 25 years of software Development, Robert has developed industry-leading, standards-based middleware solutions, and has assisted countless customers, both small and large, in extending their Line of Business with new technology within their security, compliance, performance and budgetary constraints.  He has been the Architect, project manager and lead developer for many standards-based middleware products and has extensive experience working with countless enterprise and open source operating systems, frameworks and tools, including J2EE, .NET, and has spearheaded certification efforts with Microsoft, IBM, Novell, Sun and others.

Mr. Schramm is a Senior Business Development and Project Management Specialist.  Mark has a consistent record of providing information solutions to customers on time and on budget ranging from small companies to local government to large government entities such as NASA.  He has consistently delivered great solutions and is capable in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle from architecture to development to QA and is therefore uniquely qualified in the project management of complex FusionWare Integration Corporation projects.

Principal Software Developer/Development Lead for FusionWare Integration Corp. George has, since 1995, been designing, developing and maintaining IT solutions for a variety of industries. He has had extensive experience in a wide range of programming languages, including C#, PHP, Java, Oracle PL-SQL, MS Transact-SQL and MySQL, and development environments such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, JBuilder and PowerBuilder. In the last few years, his focus has been developing and maintaining business systems for the forest products industry in the USA and Canada, developing and maintaining websites and web applications for both the telecommunications and the salon and spa industries, developing web services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, and integrating legacy point-of-sale systems with e-Commerce frameworks.
